Lets Ponder Upon Chai

Kuch Bhi Chai

"Kuch Bhi Chai" can be interpreted as "Whatever Tea" or "Any Tea". Its a thought to change the way we think about tea.

As I wandered through my locality, i couldn’t help but think about the abundance of leaves and flowers that surrounded me. Each one a potential ingredient for a delicious cup of tea.

That made me wonder, why do I rely on packaged teas, wasting money and contributing to plastic waste, when nature provided me with so many options. I made a mental note to start collecting wild leaves and flowers and try to embrace a more sustainable way of living.

Think about it – every time we buy a pack of tea, we’re contributing to the huge amount of plastic waste that ends up in our landfills and oceans.

But with this thought, we’re cutting out the middleman (and the plastic) and going straight to the source . And the best part? The waste from our tea can be discarded anywhere, knowing it will become nutrient-rich compost that nourishes the very plants we’re harvesting from. It’s a cycle of sustainability that feels good for our planet and our souls.

It is a huge add on for saving money as well. Tea we usually drink is leftover dust added with dyes which are harmful and causes acidity and eventually ulcers.

Pure alternatives available are very expensive so why not shift straight to nature, do a little hard work for our own benefit and collect edible leaves and flowers and brew them with the purity of our own hands. It could be a fun filled activity, experimenting with different flavors and adding ingredients to enhance it even more.

In ancient times when there were no brands and internet, people used to make discoveries by experimenting only. Pluck, brew and taste was the only thing that was possible.

If you sit and google, u will find a mammoth range of brewable goods around you, free of cost, pure and beneficial for your health. To make it more simple there are various apps like PlantApp who even identify the plants for us ,making it safe by educating for the same.

The thought of sipping on a steaming cup of mango,Guava,Pomegranate tea,
knowing I plucked the leaves from the trees just moments before, fills
me with a sense of connection to nature and a desire to live more
simply. From now on, I’ll be embracing the beauty of nature’s bounty,
one cup at a time.

So lets Start with popular trees and flowers which are brewable and are
easily available around us. Some of them are shared with pictures and
health benefits they provide.

Kuch Bhi Chai is a thought which could be a
thing in the future. Personally, I’ve experimented with various teas
made from trees and
flowers. While the practice is generally safe, it’s important for
individuals with allergies to consult their doctors before trying new
blends.

Additionally, expecting mothers should refrain from
experimenting as a precautionary measure, despite the general harmless
nature of these teas.

Kuch Bhi Chai is more than just an eco-friendly alternative – it’s an invitation to reconnect with nature and rediscover the simple joys of life.

Join me on this journey as we explore the world of wild teas and embrace the beauty of nature’s bounty. Let’s raise a cup to sustainability and the simple pleasures that bring us closer to the earth and to each other.
